To become a Team Leader praise and music are both needed some things needed by a worship leader or a team of music. There are several keys to success for worship leaders and music among other teams are as follows:
- Be The Serving Leader
Attitudes have to serve one another. Example grab some drinks for team members. Make sure team members successful in his ministry.
- Think and care team members
Get to know the musicians and singers where the weak and strong in skill level, so the worship leader can choose songs that fit with the skill and comfort level with. Do not be selfish by forcing songs that have not yet mastered tracks mastered other team members.
Goal worship leader is to be a bridge between God and His people. We who have the musical ability of helping people who can not make music to meet the Lord in worship week. Therefore the music worship leaders and team spirit of the church should be.
- Always full of preparation
Select and print the lyrics ahead of time. Find basic tune and coordination with the chairman of the music. Respect your team members with a good preparation for his song, the lyrics, the melody, and so on. Maximize and improve the ability to continue to practice together. Buy books and CD new praise to train together.
- Arrive on time
This problem is most famous in the music ministry and praise. If we can not appreciate the time and care to worship often comes too late, meaning we do not appreciate the presence of God in the midst of worship.
- Give spirit with words that build up to the team
Take the time to provide feedback in a good way. For example, "you been playing keyboard good......, but you'll play better when playing the song fit the tone!"
