Maintaining Mental Health

According to WHO, mental health is a state in which individuals feel prosperous. Good mental health in the mark: 

  • Able to recognize and maximize the potential of self-
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations themselves 
  • Ability to work in a productive and useful in the workplace, family, church, community, and among friends. 


Practical ways to maintain mental health: 
  • Accept and respect ourselves. 
Respect for self, recognize and accept our weaknesses. Focus on the things that become our strengths. Be more realistic to things that still want us to change, try to change slowly. 
  • Maintain a good relationship. 
No need to fend for themselves when we face a problem. Family relationships and good friends can help overcome the pressures of life because it can provide input and make us feel cared for. Should keep good relations. 
  • Active in events 
Be active to meet more people and members of new activities, go in the community, set up a meeting with friends, or follow the course of pliers can help us to feel better. Follow social activities also can make the mind so fresh and also helps us see the world from a different point of making it more objectively.
